Delivery

PrimaPorcelain orders are delivered free of charge as long as the order value exceeds £750 and the delivery address is in mainland Britain. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, or any other offshore location, please contact PrimaPorcelain to request a delivery quote. Orders under £750 are typically subject to a delivery charge of £50. However, if your order consists exclusively of paving accessories and weighs less than 150kg, we only charge £20 for delivery.

Next-day delivery is available for an extra £25. Saturday delivery is available for an extra £60. Please note that orders placed after 12 noon will not be processed until the next working day. See our Delivery page for more information.

Returns

If you purchase PrimaPorcelain products online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason as long as you do so within 14 days of delivery.

Please call the PrimaPorcelain team on 029 2080 3756 to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone – we will not accept cancellations received via email or any other contact method.

Our 20mm thick Roma Ivory porcelain paving has ten different 'faces' (that is, ten unique tile designs). This makes it very easy to ensure that no tile in your finished patio looks exactly like the tile next to it, resulting in a very natural look.

Grip Factor: 4

We know that grip is so important when it comes to outdoor tiles. That’s why we rate all of our paving products on a scale from 1 to 5. Roma Ivory outdoor tiles have a grip factor of 4, making them a high-grip paving option.

Shade Variation: V3 Moderate

Roma Ivory paving has a shade variation rating of V3. This means there is moderate variation between the tiles. Patios that use our Roma Ivory paving have a variegated look that creates a beautiful natural stone effect.

Textured Grip

Roma Ivory has been manufactured with a deeply textured surface so that you can install it outside. Your new paving will be able to withstand wet and icy conditions. The textured grip also adds to the authentic stone look.
