All PrimaPorcelain tiles and paving slabs come with a minimum 10 year warranty for added peace of mind. Selected products have a premium 15 year warranty instead – please check your chosen product(s) to find out which warranty applies.

Delivery

PrimaPorcelain orders are delivered free of charge as long as the order value exceeds £750 and the delivery address is in mainland Britain. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, or any other offshore location, please contact PrimaPorcelain to request a delivery quote. Orders under £750 are typically subject to a delivery charge of £50. However, if your order consists exclusively of paving accessories and weighs less than 150kg, we only charge £20 for delivery.

Next-day delivery is available for an extra £25. Saturday delivery is available for an extra £60. Please note that orders placed after 12 noon will not be processed until the next working day. See our Delivery page for more information.

Returns

If you purchase PrimaPorcelain products online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason as long as you do so within 14 days of delivery.

Please call the PrimaPorcelain team on 029 2080 3756 to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone – we will not accept cancellations received via email or any other contact method.

Bolzano Graphite 8mm Tile Features

3 Design Variations

The 8mm thick Bolzano Graphite porcelain tiles have 3 different ‘faces’. Instead of duplicating the exact same design for every single tile, we use 3 subtly different design variations to give your finished floor a slightly more realistic look.

Grip Factor 3

The Bolzano Graphite tiles have a grip factor rating of 3. This indicates above-average grip, towards the higher end of our scale. A grip factor of 3 means that the graphite tiles can be used in the kitchen and other high-moisture environments.

Moderate (V3) Shade Variation

These tiles have a V3 shade variation rating, meaning there will be moderate shade variation between tiles. This shade difference produces an attractive, organic look that will add to the authenticity of your graphite tiles.

Fine Textured Tiles

Bolzano Graphite tiles have a fine textured finish. The tactile surface enhance's this product's appearance while also giving it some extra grip. This means that the tiles can be used in bathrooms, kitchens and most other indoor environments.
