Each one of our Verona Sand porcelain tiles contains delicate vein patterns, a sandy surface and small grains to bring a truly stunning aesthetic. Couple with low-maintenance properties, you’ll never have to worry about how you’re going to keep your new floor looking good.

All of our 20mm Verona Sand paving slabs measure 60cm x 90cm, making them perfect for an array of exterior designs. As a result of their thick composition, these slabs can be dry-installed using our revolutionary pedestal supports or steel patio frame, as well as being traditionally installed using a suitable adhesive such as cement or mortar.

We can supply grout and adhesive for use with our 20mm thick outdoor tiles. Order grout and adhesive>

Unfortunately, we cannot provide adhesive for our indoor tiles as there are too many possible variables (e.g. substrate type, underfloor heating). If you are ordering PrimaPorcelain tiles for indoor use, please consult your tiler about suitable adhesives and grouts.
Warranty
All PrimaPorcelain tiles and paving slabs come with a minimum 10 year warranty for added peace of mind. Selected products have a premium 15 year warranty instead – please check your chosen product(s) to find out which warranty applies.

Delivery
PrimaPorcelain orders are delivered free of charge as long as the order value exceeds £750 and the delivery address is in mainland Britain. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, or any other offshore location, please contact PrimaPorcelain to request a delivery quote. Orders under £750 are typically subject to a delivery charge of £50. However, if your order consists exclusively of paving accessories and weighs less than 150kg, we only charge £20 for delivery.

Next-day delivery is available for an extra £25. Saturday delivery is available for an extra £60. Please note that orders placed after 12 noon will not be processed until the next working day. See our Delivery page for more information.
Returns
If you purchase PrimaPorcelain products online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason as long as you do so within 14 days of delivery.

Please call the PrimaPorcelain team on 029 2080 3756 to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone – we will not accept cancellations received via email or any other contact method.

The 20mm Verona Sand porcelain paving slabs have 20 different ‘faces’. This means that your finished patio will comprise up to 20 subtly different tile designs, creating a realistic level of variation while maintaining a consistent overall look.

Each one of our porcelain products is assigned a Grip Factor rating out of 5 (1 the lowest, 5 the highest). With the highest possible rating of 5, our Verona Sand paving is perfectly suited for a variety of spaces exposed to high levels of moisture such as areas surrounding pools/hot tubs and sloping pathways.

These porcelain tiles have been assigned a Shade Variation rating of V3. Meaning any space that has these installed will boast a variegated design, with noticeable differences in both shade and tone between each slab.
