Product Description

The 20mm thick Gunmetal paving is extremely low-maintenance, and since porcelain’s porosity is far lower than that of stone, you’ll never need to worry about water damage or staining.

The slabs are very hard - wearing, and resistant to abrasion and fading. Give them an occasional clean with warm, soapy water and they’ll keep their good looks for years!

We can supply grout and adhesive for use with our 20mm thick outdoor tiles. Order grout and adhesive>

Unfortunately, we cannot provide adhesive for our indoor tiles as there are too many possible variables (e.g. substrate type, underfloor heating). If you are ordering PrimaPorcelain tiles for indoor use, please consult your tiler about suitable adhesives and grouts.
Warranty
All PrimaPorcelain tiles and paving slabs come with a minimum 10 year warranty for added peace of mind. Selected products have a premium 15 year warranty instead – please check your chosen product(s) to find out which warranty applies.

Delivery
PrimaPorcelain orders are delivered free of charge as long as the order value exceeds £750 and the delivery address is in mainland Britain. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, or any other offshore location, please contact PrimaPorcelain to request a delivery quote. Orders under £750 are typically subject to a delivery charge of £50. However, if your order consists exclusively of paving accessories and weighs less than 150kg, we only charge £20 for delivery.

Next-day delivery is available for an extra £25. Saturday delivery is available for an extra £60. Please note that orders placed after 12 noon will not be processed until the next working day. See our Delivery page for more information.
Returns
If you purchase PrimaPorcelain products online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason as long as you do so within 14 days of delivery.

Please call the PrimaPorcelain team on 029 2080 3756 to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone – we will not accept cancellations received via email or any other contact method.

PrimaPorcelain’s 20mm thick Modena Gunmetal pavers come in 23 subtly different ‘faces’. This means that your finished patio will comprise up to 23 unique tile designs – which should give your outdoor living space a realistic and aesthetically-pleasing finish.

We assign all of our outdoor paving products a Grip Factor rating to indicate how slip-resistant they are. The Modena Gunmetal paving slabs have a Grip Factor rating of 5 (the highest score available), meaning that they offer great grip even when wet.

This product has relatively little shade variation, meaning that your paved area will have a fairly consistent, uniform colour. This emphasises Modena Gunmetal’s strikingly contemporary design.

These paving slabs have a highly textured surface, which contributes to their excellent slip resistance while also enhancing their appearance. A textured/grip finish is recommended if you’re laying your paving in an external space.
